MOTOR's website has just been selected as a WINNER for the International CSS Design Awards competition! Working as part of a collaborative team this nomination is particularly exciting in representing MOTOR's core creative ethics. Utilizing the latest in HTML5 technologies we showcase not only the talents of our creative team our website but also MOTOR's ability to lend it's creative to the diversification of media content across an emerging range of new media.

A recent collaboration between Motor and montreal based Moment Factory led to this video DJ superstar Tiesto for his latest release "How Deep Is Your Love" featuring Anastasia. Motor's Sr. Colourist Daniel J. Kelly graded to footage on our Nucoda suite working from Red native R3D files to create a high-fashion, sleek monochromatic grade with sophisticated chroma hues throughout a range of scenes. Motor's Flame team also created crowd scenes of "mass display" effects that were impossible to shoot and provided enormous flexibility and creative control to Moment Factory's Director Mellissa Weigel.

We congratulate Jet Films and Director Yves-Christian Fournier for his recogition of Best Director at this year's Créas. Y.C. worked with our Sr. Colourist Daniel J. Kelly who graded the film that warns against the hidden dangers of contracting HIV through more visibly familiar dangers. Shot on the Canon 5D Mark II this piece was especially challenging to colour and we are execeptionally proud for our part in this award wining collaboration.
